This report marks the first, comprehensive Danish analysis of
intelligent regulation - in this case the Danish construction
sector. The purpose of the analysis is to uncover the effect of new
regulation on business innovation and to provide input to making
intelligent regulation an active part of Danish innovation
policy.

Productivity in Denmark
Denmark faces a productivity problem. Since the mid 1990s
Denmark has been among the countries with the weakest growth in
productivity and it appears that this trend will continue. If
growth does not resume it will have significant repercussions for
future growth and prosperity.
This report will contribute to the ongoing discussion on the
reasons behind productivity development and will piont to areas
that may be pursued in bringing Denmark back on a solid

Green business models
As part of the Danish presidency of the Nordic Council of
Ministers FORA produced a Green Paper on the extent of green
business models. The most prolific models were described and 25
companies and 5 experts were interviewed on the financial viability
and environmental benefits, barriers and driving forces in their
proliferation and expert recommendations for policy initiatives
that may support the advent of green business models in the Nordic
region.

a number of countries launching national innovation strategies
through a long range of policy measures.
